About Me...
What brought me to where I am today? Well, you name it. I think I have tried just about everything possible. I knew I loved to sell and meet new people beginning with my very first job at age 16 working as an Ice Cream Manager.
When I was younger, I played drums for various local and traveling groups and still enjoy playing the drums today. I am an entertainer at heart, and I enjoy pleasing people. The smiles on people’s faces make it all worthwhile for me.
In 2001, I lost my Network Administrator’s position with the Cobb County school system due to funding cuts. I found myself without a job, and a friend of mine suggested that I try a career working for myself in real estate. Well, it was like I had come home. It is a fantastic career and a great way to meet all sorts of very interesting people like you.
I am at your service, whether you are buying or selling along the Emerald Coast from Ft. Walton Beach to Panama City, I would like the opportunity to help make your dreams a reality.
In the past year, I have been certified by the National Association of Realtors as an e-Pro. This means that I know my way around the computer and can handle most all of your needs via emails, faxes, etc......I have also passed my Broker's Exam making me a Broker Associate for Markham Real Estate as well as hold my Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) certification. Most recently I obtained my CIPS designation and am now certifed as an International Property Specialist. My market is now global with access to the whole world rather than just the U.S. Listings get more exposure! Education is important and I strive to be fully informed to help meet your needs.
